Concrete Covering For Church in Maurepas, LA

First Baptist Church Head of Island was devastated by the 2016 flood. Their entire facility had to be rebuilt from the ground up. They decided they wanted to have concrete coating installed throughout their new campus.  A single color industrial metallic epoxy floor, Hammock, was chosen.

The Process

Concrete Flooring Company in Prairieville prepared the old slab with our 30″ diamond grinder and 13″ edge grinder. Using a micro topping, we installed a concrete covering overlay on top of the original slab to fill in cracks, holes and to smooth out the surface. We then installed their metallic epoxy coating and top coated that with a clear industrial urethane.
